Description

The Mamiya-Sekor C 180mm F4.5 is a medium-format telephoto lens designed for the Mamiya RB67 system. Its 180mm focal length provides a 28° angle of view on the 6×7 format, making it particularly well suited to portraits, compressed landscapes, and subjects requiring greater working distance.

The lens features a five-element, three-group optical design and multi-coated optics. Its F4.5 maximum aperture provides a useful balance between telephoto reach and manageable size, while the long focal length offers natural subject isolation and compression characteristic of medium-format photography.

Unlike conventional 35mm SLR lenses, focusing is performed through the RB67 camera's bellows system rather than a focusing helicoid built into the lens.
