Description

The Panasonic Lumix DMC-FP1 is a slim and stylish compact digital camera introduced in 2010. Defined by its sliding front lens barrier and internal folded-optics zoom mechanism, the camera maintains an ultra-sleek profile measuring under 19mm in thickness, making it exceptionally portable for casual street and lifestyle photography.

At its heart is a 12.1-megapixel 1/2.33-inch CCD sensor paired with Panasonic's Venus Engine IV processor, delivering vibrant color saturation, rich contrast, and the nostalgic rendering characteristic of early-2010s CCD technology. Its built-in 4x LUMIX DC VARIO optical zoom lens covers a versatile 35-140mm equivalent range, complemented by MEGA O.I.S. (Optical Image Stabilization) to suppress camera shake during handheld shooting.

Equipped with a 2.7-inch TFT LCD, 720p HD video recording capability, and an impressive CIPA-rated battery life of approximately 300 shots, the DMC-FP1 seamlessly blends intuitive Intelligent Auto (iA) operation with a distinct vintage digital aesthetic. Weighing just 121 grams, it remains a highly sought-after pocket camera for collectors and photography enthusiasts capturing the classic CCD look.
