Description

The Panasonic Lumix DMC-G1 is a landmark model in the history of mirrorless interchangeable-lens cameras, introduced in 2008 as the first camera in Panasonic's Lumix G system. Built around the Micro Four Thirds standard, it removed the traditional DSLR mirror box while retaining an electronic viewfinder and interchangeable lenses in a considerably more compact body.
