The Nikon AF-S DX Micro NIKKOR 85mm F3.5G ED VR is a dedicated macro lens designed for Nikon DX-format DSLR cameras, delivering true 1:1 life-size magnification with outstanding sharpness from the center to the edges of the frame. Its effective angle of view is equivalent to approximately 127.5mm on a full-frame camera, providing a comfortable working distance for close-up photography.

Featuring one Extra-low Dispersion (ED) glass element, the lens effectively minimizes chromatic aberration while maintaining excellent contrast and color accuracy. Nikon's Silent Wave Motor (SWM) provides fast and quiet autofocus, while Internal Focusing (IF) ensures the lens does not extend during focusing, making it easier to use with lighting accessories and close-up setups.
