The Nikon F3/T is the titanium-bodied version of Nikon's renowned F3 professional SLR. Introduced in 1982, it retains the proven mechanical and electronic design of the standard F3 while replacing the aluminum top and bottom covers with titanium, resulting in improved durability and corrosion resistance without altering the camera's familiar handling. It was produced in relatively limited numbers and remains one of the most desirable variants of the F3 series.

At its core, the F3/T features an electronically controlled titanium focal-plane shutter with shutter speeds from 8 seconds to 1/2000 second, along with a mechanical backup speed of 1/80 second for operation without battery power. Aperture-priority auto exposure and center-weighted TTL metering provide a dependable and intuitive shooting experience, while the interchangeable finder and focusing screen system allows the camera to be configured for a wide range of photographic applications.
