Description

The Nikon FA is an advanced 35mm film SLR introduced in the 1980s, featuring sophisticated exposure automation and Nikon's multi-pattern metering system. Its four exposure modes—Program, Shutter-Priority, Aperture-Priority, and Manual—provide flexibility for both convenient everyday shooting and hands-on exposure control.

The camera's electronically controlled shutter offers speeds up to 1/4000 second, while the bright pentaprism viewfinder provides approximately 93% frame coverage. Its Nikon F mount accommodates a wide range of compatible Nikkor lenses, making it a versatile choice for film photography.

The included Zoom-Nikkor 35-70mm F3.3-4.5 covers a useful standard zoom range, from moderately wide-angle scenes to short telephoto perspectives. Its manual-focus design allows precise focusing, and the compact zoom range suits everyday photography, travel, portraits, and documentary work.

Together, the Nikon FA and 35-70mm zoom lens provide a capable film photography setup that combines classic handling with advanced exposure features for its era.
