Description:
The Nikkor-H Auto 85mm f/1.8 is a vintage short telephoto prime lens introduced by Nippon Kogaku (Nikon) in the late 1960s. The "H" stands for its 6-element ("Hex") optical construction. This lens is well-regarded for its sharpness, smooth bokeh, and compact build, making it ideal for portraiture, candid shots, and low-light photography. With a bright maximum aperture of f/1.8, it allows for excellent subject isolation and performance in challenging lighting conditions. Built entirely of metal, it features a silky-smooth focusing ring and clicky aperture ring.
